Goats' Curd & Tomato Crispbreads - with Jukes 1

As we approach the festive season, here are a couple of canapé ideas for you to serve with our delicious Jukes drinks.

 

Jukes 1 & Fever-Tree Classic Indian Tonic with Goats’ Curd & Tomato Crispbreads

Delicious and easy to assemble, these are my go-to pre-dinner canapés – tasty, veggie and loved by all.

Ingredients

Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crispbreads

Goats’ curd or spreadable goats’ cheese

Cherry tomatoes - quartered

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea salt & Cracked black pepper

Thyme leaves

Method

Lay out the crispbreads and spread some goats’ curd on each one. Then place a couple of quartered cherry tomatoes on the curd with a pinch of thyme leaves, a twist of black pepper, a couple of sea salt flakes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. It is as easy as that!
