Matthew Jukes and Jack Hollihan have been friends for many years, united by a love of discovering new wines and restaurants. When Jack travels from his home in the USA over to London, they always catch up over lunch.
This story started when these two friends, who normally chat about the great wines that they have recently enjoyed, momentarily strayed off the subject, while musing about the lack of seriously rewarding non-alcoholic drinks available and so they set off on a unique and fascinating journey of discovery and invention.
Matthew Jukes’ turning point
Matthew Jukes is a world-famous wine taster and writer, based in the UK, and he has worked in the wine trade for over 30 years.
Tasting and blending is part of Matthew’s everyday life, and so when he and Jack decided to create their Cordialities, he set about this challenge with unrivalled enthusiasm. Matthew has designed a long, smooth, delicate technique, to make these non-alcoholic drinks engender the same satisfying perfume, mouthfeel and aftertaste of a fine wine.

We at Jukes Cordialities view sustainability as vitally important, using limited planetary resources as carefully and thoughtfully as possible.
We produce our Cordialities solely from all natural, self-reproducing vegetables, fruit and natural flavourings. Nothing is wasted; all of our by-products are edible consumables (husks, fibres, pith, skins and the like) that we recycle.
