Prosciutto & Melon - with Jukes 8

As we approach the festive season, here are a couple of canapé ideas for you to serve with our delicious Jukes drinks.

Jukes 8 with sparkling water with Prosciutto & Melon

There is no cooking involved in this dish and little preparation, but it is a genuine classic with Jukes 8.


1 Cantaloupe Melon – deseeded, sliced into slender crescent shapes and pared away gently from the skin

10 slices of Prosciutto

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cracked black pepper


Cut each melon crescent into smaller chunks and wrap with prosciutto, drizzle with olive oil and a few twists of cracked black pepper. Serve with cocktail sticks.
