As we approach the festive season, here are a couple of canapé ideas for you to serve with our delicious Jukes drinks.
Mulled Jukes 6 with Pigs in Blankets Parcels
This one is a bit of a cheat, as I discovered it when the amazing team behind The Jolly Hog company gave me a copy of their new cookbook! It is an incredible dish and one that is guaranteed to have people coming back for more.
10 Jolly Hog Caramelised Porker Sausages
1 pack Jolly Hog Smoked Rashers of Streaky Bacon
2 tbsp runny Honey
2 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
Preheat your oven to 200C.
Squeeze the meat out of the sausages and mash it together in a bowl. Make four similarly sized balls and wrap them in the bacon rashers. Combine the honey and mustard to make a glaze and liberally brush the parcels before putting them on a baking tray and roasting for 25 minutes. Serve with a smug smile!
