Designed by the expert palate of Matthew Jukes, Sparkling Pinot Noir layers exquisite flavours around a core of apple cider vinegar that delicately draws out the beautiful colour, complex red fruit perfume and silky, spice and woodsmoke-tinged flavour from elite English Pinot Noir grape skins. These grape skins, collected from a top-flight English winery, create this uniquely sustainable, delicious, alcohol-free drink.
