Matthew Jukes is a world-famous wine taster and writer, based in the UK, and he has worked in the wine trade for over 30 years.
Made from carefully developed recipes using all of his olfactory and sensory expertise, Matthew has created and blended his drinks in order to take your senses to an entirely new and soothing flavour destination. These non-alcoholic drinks show exquisite, complex, and aromatic characters.
This story started when Matthew Jukes and Jack Hollihan started musing about the lack of seriously rewarding, non-alcoholic drinks available. This journey ended with the creation of Jukes – a series of drinks that do everything that wine does on the nose, palate and finish but without any alcohol involved and employing extremely low calories.
Matthew Jukes has designed a delicate technique to make these non-alcoholic drinks engender the same satisfying perfume, mouthfeel and aftertaste of a fine wine. We are combining natural ingredients together which undergo a gentle, long, cool maceration with organic apple cider vinegar, in order to extract exactly the right amount of colour and flavour from each component part.
We at Jukes view sustainability as vitally important, using limited planetary resources as carefully and thoughtfully as possible.
We produce our drinks solely from all natural, self-reproducing vegetables, fruit and natural flavorings. Nothing is wasted; all of our by-products are edible consumables (husks, fibres, pith, skins and the like) that we recycle.
