Jukes 1: Built on a theme of peach blossom, refreshing cucumber, top quality plums, tart apples and pineapple husk. This is a fragrant drink with a full flavour on the palate and, crucially a long, tart, lemon zest-tinged finish.

Jukes 8: The main flavour thrust is based on melon, pear, rhubarb and apple, with the careful addition of vegetables and other herbs and spices that contribute to impact and detail. There is a faint ozone tang which hints at a shoreline vibe while ensuring that the palate is super-sleek, firmly dry and very long.

Jukes 6: Blackcurrant and blackberries lead the way, which is evident in the lusty colour of this drink. While layers of complexity are introduced thanks to the red fruit, raspberries, strawberries and plums which give an extra dimension and depth of flavour.

The backbone of apple cider vinegar allows each ingredient to express itself fully thanks to our delicate maceration technique.
