Ingredients

• Jukes 8

• 200g Watermelon cubed

• 15ml cranberry juice

• Soda water

• Crushed ice

Garnish

• Strawberries

Glassware

• Highball tumbler

Method

1. Put watermelon, cranberry juice and ice into a blender and blitz until smooth.

2. Pour 3/4 of the purée into a glass and top with 1 bottle of Jukes 8 and a splash of soda water. Stir and garnish with fresh strawberries.
