Ingredients

• Jukes 5

• 30ml lemonade

• 10 mint leaves, plus extra to garnish

• 1/4 lime squeezed

• Crushed ice

Garnish

• Grapefruit

Glassware

• Wine glass

Method

1. Tear mint leaves in half and drop into the glass. Add lemonade, lime juice, and half fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir well.

2. Add 1 bottle of Jukes 5 and top with soda water. Stir and add a little more crushed ice, then garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
