Jukes 8 with BBQ Rose Harissa Prawns

So, here is the ultimate recipe to indelibly link these two treats together. This recipe is simple, stunning, and unforgettable, and the pairing is outstanding!
Ingredients
1 Lemon, zested and halved
2 large cloves of Garlic
12-16 King Prawns peeled but with tail on
2-3 tbsp Rose Harissa paste (Belazu is a good brand)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Coriander and Mint leaves to serve
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method
In a large bowl, mix the rose harissa paste with a teaspoon of the lemon zest and garlic. Then squeeze half the lemon and finish with a glug of olive oil. Mix in the prawns, ensuring they are well coated and season with salt and pepper. Marinate the prawns for 20-30 minutes.
Lightly chargrill them on the barbecue, being careful not to burn them - 1-2 minutes on each side is usually sufficient. Arrange the prawns on a flat dish and finish with a small handful of finely chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves, along with another squeeze of fresh lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with fresh salad leaves and crusty bread.
